We can’t wait to welcome you! Choose your package and share your details below to save your place.
The Retreat is open to anyone with at least 6 months of pole experience and who feels comfortable with basic climbs and sits. You don’t need to be advanced – just ready to learn, grow, and have fun!
We provide all necessary, including airport transfers, transfers between accommodation, the studio, and activities – no need to rent a car!
Yes! Your stay includes daily nourishing breakfasts, group dinners each evening, and a welcome hamper stocked for easy meals and snacks. All dietary requirements are catered for, and since the vineyard suites come with a fully equipped kitchen, you’ll also have the flexibility to cook whenever you like.
All workshops take place in our fully equipped studio, with a maximum of 6 students per class – meaning you’ll always have your own pole. Over the course of 5 days, you’ll enjoy 6 workshops led by 3 different instructors, giving you a mix of styles, perspectives, and approaches to pole. This small-group setup ensures plenty of personal attention and guidance throughout your training.
We offer three packages to make the retreat fit your journey:
Solo Stay – Perfect if you’d like your own space.
Shared Stay – Ideal if you’re coming with a pole friend or open to sharing with another guest.
Non-Poler Stay – Because our retreats aren’t only about pole, partners and friends are welcome to join! They can enjoy the beautiful Algarve days, the vineyard setting, group dinners, outdoor cinema, and more – while you train.
Our retreats are designed as a full experience – so whether you’re coming to focus on pole or to simply soak in the atmosphere, there’s a package that works for you.
